Gebete aus unserem Partnerkirchenkreis Tambarare in Tansania in Gedenken an die Opfer der Flutkatastrophe

Dear brothers and sisters in Vlotho Germany.

I greet you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We have been shocked by news of heavy rains that caused severe floods in some parts of Germany that also claimed many lives.

I and My family living current at Vuga  – Lushoto,  we convey our condolences due to deaths happened because of flood disaster.

We join you through prayers  to ask God to save and spare you from further effects of the disaster. We hope God will control the situation soon, He is the creator who controls His Creation.

We know that we are far from you but let us share the following petitions as a part of being with you spiritually.

O God our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we thank you for the gracious gift of lives and weather that you have granted us through your creation. In your creation, O God, we are among the works of your hands. Since we were born you have taken care of us, we enjoyed safety for many seasons with all creation. Today we ask you for the climate change that is bringing disaster in Germany, O God we ask You to rescue the lives of our sisters and brothers from further effects of the floods, the disaster that has befallen caused losses of their home, infrastructure, and many property which enhances human life. We ask you to turn the catastrophic rainfall into fruitful rains that are not bringing disaster to your creation in Germany. We pray for the comfort of the Holy Spirit to all those who are suffering  from this disaster’s effects, O  God of Comfort, protect them and calm down the weather to be friendly in Germany and in all countries of the world so that we may live in happiness from you. We ask all these in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

I thank you in advance for working with me during the time when I was in Office at Tambarare Districts.Thank for all the support you gave Tambarare Districts including education programmes for youth, Parish workers education support, and etc. For all these deeds through generosity may the Lord God rescue his people in Germany,  and let Him soon restore the weather to its normal state so that His people may live in happiness.
